Cake Craft Nylon Paint Brush Flat #16

Care Instructions:

Wash paint brush flat #16 carefully with cold water before use to eliminate any loose bristles. Never use the same brushes for oil and water based paints. Avoid dipping the brush so far into the paint that paint gets into the metal part of the brush that attaches the bristles to the handle. Avoid getting paint on the brush handle as it may absorb the paint colour and permanently discolour the handle. Do not sit brushes on their bristles in a water jar - this will cause them to bend or fray. 

Clean your brushes immediately after use - Do not let paint dry on your brush. Store dry brushes vertically bristle-side-up or horizontally. Never store brushes on their bristles.

Your brush bristles may discolour over time from paint, however this will not affect the quality and performance of the brush.

Cleaning Instructions:

Use a cloth or rag to wipe paint from the bristles. With the brush in one hand and the rag in the other, gently wipe upward toward the tip of the bristles to remove excess paint. Don't apply too much pressure as this may cause the loss of bristles. Rinse the brush in warm water. 

Gently shake off excess water and then wipe the paintbrush once more with a clean rag, and ensure all paint is removed.

Shape the bristles with your fingers and let dry. Try to form the bristles the way they were . Leave brushes to air dry at room temperature, making sure the bristles are not in contact with any .

Do not place the drying brush near a heat source or sunlight. Place the brush in a jar, with handle down.

Store appropriately after dried.
