The centrepiece of your Christmas table is sure to be this Christmas Ham.

Semi boneless with only the hock remaining, this ham allows for easier carving and more slices. Please note that this ham is uncooked.

An extended curing and smoking process makes all of the difference, providing mouthwatering flavour.  

Looks great for the centre table when glazed.

Hams will be sourced from NZ farmers where possible, however due to the demand imported hams will be used to fulfil orders where NZ hams are unavailable. 

Please note that the average weight is 9.5kg. Product weight may vary between 8.5 - 10.5kg
