Custom attachment of 22K Gold Filled magnetic clasp 15mm

If you are purchasing a custom-made chain or necklace FROM FRENELLE, then incorporating a magnetic clasp of suitable size is a great option, as it makes the necklace or bracelet quick and easy to put on and off.

22K Gold Magnetic Clasp

This 22K Gold plated magnetic clasp is approx 5 x 5mm (photographed here with 5.7mm wide Rolo chain)

It is attached to a necklace or bracelet with two 22K Gold plated jump rings, making a total length of 15mm.

I am often asked "how strong is the magnet?"  The only way I could work out to measure the strength, was to hang a large metal object (found in husband's socket set) from the magnet and then weigh the object.  As you can see from the photo the magnetic will support at least 197 grams.
