Lorann Pineapple Extract Flavouring - 1 Dram a pure, natural extract flavouring is used as a flavoring in all sorts of baking applications.

An intense Natural Pineapple Extract,  great for chocolates, bakery, confectionery,  spice combinations and more.   

At The Cake Mixer we even use it to flavour buttercream, cake batter, cookie dough, royal icing and fondant.  The flavor and aroma of this Natural Pineapple Extract really are amazing.

LorAnn’s super strength flavors (also known as candy oils or flavoring oils) are three to four times the strength of water or alcohol-based flavorings or “extracts”.

Use in recipes where you want to add a deliciious pineapple flavor and aroma. 

Pineapple Extract Flavouring can be used in hard candy, general candy making, cakes, cookies, frosting, ice cream and a wide variety of other baking and confectionery applications.

 Appropriate for use in chocolates and coatings (typical use is ¼ to ½ teaspoon per pound)  

Note: When substituting these flavors for extracts, use ¼ to ½ teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract.

Kosher certified. Gluten-free & sugar-free. Appropriate for use in chocolates and coatings, but you will need to add cocoa butter/oil to prevent thickening.
