Raspberry Extract Flavouring Oil - 1 Dram

Raspberry Extract Flavouring Oil - 1 Dram a pure, natural essential oil is used as a flavoring as well as in aromatherapy.

An intense Natural Raspberry Oil,  great for chocolates, bakery, confectionery,  spice combinations and more.

At The Cake Mixer we even use it to flavour buttercream, cake batter, cookie dough, royal icing and fondant.  The flavor and aroma of this Natural Raspberry Oil really are amazing.

A little goes a long way!
LorAnn’s super strength flavors (also known as candy oils or flavoring oils) are three to four times the strength of water or alcohol-based flavorings or “extracts”.

Use in recipes where you want to add a bright citrus flavor and aroma.

Raspberry Extract Flavouring Oil Use pure orange oil in hard candy, general candy making, cakes, cookies, frosting, ice cream and a wide variety of other baking and confectionery applications.

Appropriate for use in chocolates and coatings (typical use is ¼ to ½ teaspoon per pound)

Note: When substituting these flavors for extracts, use ¼ to ½ teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract.

Kosher certified. Gluten-free & sugar-free. Appropriate for use in chocolates and coatings, but you will need to add cocoa butter/oil to prevent thickening.

An intense Raspberry Extract Flavouring,  great for chocolates, bakery, confectionery,  spice combinations and more.
