Our Organic Citrus Bergamot Earl Grey uses 30% WHOLE CITRUS BERGAMOT, rather than flavouring which has a more noticeable positive effect on wellbeing.  The aroma and flavour is also more pronounced and refreshing in real Bergamot pieces.

Brewing instructions:

95°C  | 1 tsp per 250mls

Infuse 5-10 minutes | Enjoy 1 - 2 refills

Brew with Green tea,  a cinnamon stick and a spoonful of coconut or MCT oil to make "Autophatea"
