Pepper and Me's Sichuan chilli oil has come about from Cherie’s obsession with scrambled eggs, chilli oil and avocado. The obsession is so real, they had to put it into a jar to share with you. The oil is simmered with cinnamon, star anise, cardamon, spring onions, , garlic, cumin, fennel and sizzling Sichuan, then deeply infused with chilli. It’s spicy but so so fragrant and delightful.
