Material: High Quality Food Grade Silicone

1. Can withstand temperature range: - 40 ~ 230 degrees Celsius.

For best results use with flowerpaste, paste, fondant (with tylose as hardener), marzipan and chocolate. Can also be used with isomalt to make sea shell shaped hard candies.

For optimal results, gently press a small amount of paste into the mould with a small rolling pin. Use a blade tool, instead of a knife, to remove any excess paste and avoid the mould. Covering the mould cavity with a light coat of Sno Whip on the mould can also help with easy release.

Once filled with fondant simply flip over and gently release the fondnt from the mould. No need for crazy ideas such as freezing.

Once your creation is firm why not add some lustre for a super beautiful shimmer effect.
