At Trendybay, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, our Return Policy outlines the process and conditions for returning items and obtaining refunds.

Package the Item: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Write the RAN on the outside of the package.
Ship the Item: Ship the item(s) to the return address provided by our support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
Inspection and Refund
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
