Once again Snails are at the forefront of new, high technology, and innovative ideas! They are very happy to announce that they now have a new topcoat available. The new topcoat is water-based, this is a completely new technology that they have been eagerly awaiting for some time. Snails Topcoat DOES NOT contain toluene, formaldehyde, dibutyl phthalate (DBP), bisphenol A (BPA). Hardening agent not listed as an allergen.
