Tassel garland kit in cream tones, to make yourself from sheets of tissue paper. Once made and hung, this garland will have a magical effect on a wall, the ceiling or in a tree! Use it to decorate a birthday party, a graduation, a wedding, a baby-shower, a picnic or a family party! The kit contains 20 pre-cut tassels ready to be assembled (instructions included) and then attached to a 4.2m twine to make the garland and twists for the mylar (shiny) tassels.
