Pipe fine royal icing onto shapes such as roses and use them as decorative elements on your cakes.
Make flow royal icing to ice cookies or make edible pictures on silicone paper.
Instructions:
Mix 500g of dry royal icing mix with 80ml of water. Beat until the icing stands in peaks at medium speed.
For flow icing: add 15ml to every 1/2 cup of royal icing prepared as above. Mix by hand.
