This Leaf Green Food Colouring gel gives you deep, rich color that won't ever change the consistency of your cake batter, buttercream or royal icing. You can also use it to tint white fondant and gum paste. Mix it with other icing colors to create a shade that's all your own.

This Wilton food colouring is a highly concentrated, vibrant food colouring that mixes easily and provides consistent tones without altering the texture of your product.

Colours are intense, bright and vivid. Easy to mix and disperse instantly.  Use in whipped icing, buttercream, fondant, cookies, and more.

To achieve a true shade of colour, it is recommended to add Wilton Gel Colour gradually. The colour will deepen as it sits so it is best to make colours the day before you require it.
